Baum und Pferdgarten, a leading Scandinavian fashion brand, is looking for a talented Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team on a maternity cover basis.  In this role, you will be responsible for managing our social media platforms, creating engaging content, and ensuring that all communications reflect the unique DNA of our brand.

Reporting to the Head of Communication, the Social Media Manager (maternity cover) will be responsible for managing all of Baum und Pferdgarten’s social media channels, supporting the brand's position as a leading Scandinavian fashion brand.

The position is a maternity cover starting by December 1st 2024 lasting for 10-12 months. The job will be based at our office in the heart of Copenhagen.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok
• Plan and create engaging content, including stories, images, and videos
• Stay curious and open to exploring new formats and ideas
• Develop and execute a social media plan aligned with the overall PR/marketing strategy
• Ensure all content reflects the Baum und Pferdgarten brand DNA
• Analyze and optimize performance across all platforms, providing monthly reports
• Collaborate closely with the e-commerce, marketing, PR teams, and external PR agencies
  

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in managing social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and others
• Strong background in developing social media content
• Experience with social media strategies and data analysis is a plus
• Proficiency in written and spoken English is required
• Passion for staying updated on new social media platforms and trends
• Creative mindset with a love for content creation
• Energetic and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
