Career Communications Intern

Baum und Pferdgarten is looking for an intern to join our Communications Team for 6 months. Working closely with the PR, marketing & social media managers you will support the team to ensure flawless execution of all PR & marketing activities.

Responsibilities:

Daily assistance in our showroom
Assisting at events, fashion week, & at shoots
Coordination of imagery & samples for magazines & stylists
Coordination of gifting for press & influencers
Monitoring of collection stock in-house
Manage email inquiries
Content creation & management
Community management
Assisting with reporting
& other ad hoc tasks

QUALIFICATIONS:

Obsessive attention to detail & the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
A strong work ethic & willingness to learn; enthusiasm is a must!
Natural communication skills – confident in sharing ideas
Excellent organizational skills, someone who can multitask & prioritize multiple projects & deadlines
An interest in the fashion industry
Great communication skills in English
A clear understanding of Social Media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, & Pinterest
An analytical mind that is confident with numbers & data interpretation

Please note that this is an unpaid internship, & we expect you to join our team full-time for 6 months. Working hours are 9am-5pm but there will be some periods, especially around Fashion Week, where hours can be longer.
