Sequin pieces with a graphic point of view

The Sequin collection brings light-catching texture into Baum und Pferdgarten’s distinct vocabulary of contrast. Sparkling surfaces meet clean proportions, making each piece feel expressive yet considered. Rather than treating embellishment as an afterthought, the collection uses sequins to shift the character of familiar wardrobe forms: a simple layer becomes more directional, a skirt gains movement and a dress takes on a sharper visual rhythm.

Across dresses, skirts, blouses, tops and jackets, the emphasis is on the tension between shine and restraint. Sequins appear on sheer mesh, across fluid surfaces and as placed decorative details, while frayed edges, ribbed trims, button fastenings and tailored elements introduce a more tactile finish. The result is statement dressing that feels polished, playful and never overly precious.

Dresses and skirts designed around movement

The collection’s sequin dresses explore varied proportions, from shorter, sleeveless shapes to longer silhouettes with considered details. A sequinned surface catches the light differently as the body moves, bringing dimension to pared-back necklines, sleeves and fluid constructions. These pieces balance a direct visual impact with an unmistakably modern sensibility.

Skirts provide another route into the collection’s mix-and-match approach. High-waisted and mid-rise forms, midi lengths and pencil-inspired shapes create distinct starting points for styling, while elasticated waistbands, side closures and slits contribute to the range of constructions. Pair sequin skirts with a more understated top for contrast, or build a coordinated look by keeping texture in focus from top to bottom.

Statement separates and layered shine

Sequins extend beyond dress-led looks through sleeveless blouses, cropped tops and decorative knit layers. Straight and relaxed cuts keep the silhouettes clear, allowing the surface detail to do the talking. Sheer finishes introduce another dimension, while crew necklines, back buttons and asymmetric touches give the pieces a deliberate sense of structure. These are separates made to be combined in different ways, whether the aim is a full statement or a smaller flash of shine.

Outer layers bring a tailored counterpoint to the collection. Cropped proportions, hook-and-eye closures and textured edges recast the familiar jacket in a more expressive register. Explore sequin jackets alongside skirts or dresses to create a composed contrast between a concise silhouette and a reflective finish. The effect is graphic and confident, with unexpected detail at the centre of the design language.

Knitwear with a spark of embellishment

In the knitwear pieces, sequin details offer a quieter interpretation of the collection theme. Cardigans and sweaters combine ribbed finishes, buttoned fronts, dropped shoulders or more fitted lines with embellishment placed across the garment or concentrated at selected details. This balance of familiar knitwear codes and sparkling accents makes the texture feel integrated rather than ornamental.

Discover sequin knitwear for layers that play with scale, proportion and surface. A cropped cardigan can sharpen the line of a high-waisted skirt, while a longer knit layer creates an interesting foil for a more streamlined base. Worn alone or alongside sequinned separates, these pieces underline the collection’s central idea: shine becomes most compelling when it is set against something unexpected.

Throughout Sequin, Baum und Pferdgarten approaches embellishment with a clear eye for contrast. Reflective texture sits alongside sheer mesh, ribbed knits, closures and structured forms, creating a wardrobe of pieces that can be styled with intention. It is a collection defined by its surfaces, but grounded in the silhouettes and details that make each look feel individual.
