Baum und Pferdgarten A/S provides access to the webshop at www.baumundpferdgarten.com ("the Website") and sells our products to you under the terms set out on this page.
Please read these terms carefully before using the Website. By using this Website, you accept these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions, you cannot order or purchase goods from the Website.

Please read our Terms and Conditions carefully before ordering goods from the Website, as they apply when you make a purchase on the Website. By completing a purchase on the Website, you simultaneously accept our Terms and Conditions and enter into an agreement with Baum und Pferdgarten regarding the delivery of your purchase (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”).
It is important that you understand and accept the contents of these Terms and Conditions, as you otherwise cannot purchase goods from the Website. If there are any parts of these Terms and Conditions that you do not understand or have questions about, we recommend that you contact Customer Service before making a purchase on the Website.
In accordance with Danish law, you have the right to withdraw from the Agreement without providing any reason within thirty (30) days. These thirty (30) days are counted from the day you or a third party designated by you (excluding the carrier) takes physical possession of the goods. Read more under "Right of Withdrawal."
Additionally, the provisions of the Danish Sale of Goods Act regarding defects apply to your purchase, meaning you have certain statutory guarantees concerning the condition and quality of the goods. Read more under "Defective and Incorrect Goods."
These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time (for example, to reflect changes in technology, our business model, our system capacity, or changes in relevant laws and regulations). Such changes will not be notified to you, so we encourage you to review our current Terms and Conditions each time you intend to shop on the Website.
The Terms and Conditions applicable to the Agreement between you and Baum und Pferdgarten will be those published on the Website at the time of your order.
Any reference to “you,” “your,” or “yours” refers to you as a user of the Website, while “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to Baum und Pferdgarten.
The Website is available 24 hours a day, but may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance. We strive to carry out such maintenance during nighttime hours whenever possible.
Orders placed on public holidays or non-working days will be processed on the next business day.
Purchase agreements can only be made via the Website. This means that we do not process or accept orders via email, letters, or telephone.
Age and Payment Requirements
To purchase goods from the Website, you must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid credit card accepted by us. If you are under 18, you must have the legal right to enter into a contract with us.
Right to Cancel an Order
We reserve the right to cancel an order in the following situations, without being liable for compensation or other costs:
- Your payment information is incorrect or cannot be verified.
- Your order appears to be placed for fraudulent purposes or in connection with criminal or illegal activity.
- An unexpected error occurs on the Website, such as a payment processing error.
- We have reason to believe you are under 18 years old.
When Are You Bound by Your Order?
Before submitting your order, you can edit your details, including delivery and billing information, payment details, and the contents of your shopping cart.
Once you click "Complete Purchase", and a receipt appears on your screen, you are bound by the purchase contract. You will also receive an email confirmation of your order.
If you made a mistake when placing your order, please contact our Customer Service as soon as possible—they are here to assist you.
If you wish to cancel your order after placing it, please refer to the "Right of Withdrawal" section below.
When Are We Bound by Your Order?
We are only bound by your order once we have sent you an order confirmation. Until then, we reserve the right to reject your order due to printing errors, technical issues, delivery failures, or similar circumstances.
Fraud Prevention
To protect you from fraud and ensure a high level of security in online transactions, we may conduct verification checks. This verification process may involve reviewing the information you provided, including your address and payment details.
You have the right to withdraw from the Agreement without providing any reason within thirty (30) days after delivery, in accordance with Danish law. Your right of withdrawal expires thirty (30) days from the day you, or a third party designated by you (excluding the carrier), takes physical possession of the goods.
If you ordered multiple items in one order but they are delivered separately ("separate deliveries"), the withdrawal period expires thirty (30) days from the day you, or a designated third party (excluding the carrier), take physical possession of the last item.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify Baum und Pferdgarten of your decision in an unambiguous statement via email.
The deadline for withdrawal is met if you send your withdrawal notice before the withdrawal period expires.
We guarantee a full refund for all returned items, provided that all items are returned in the same condition as received. This means that the items must not be damaged, dirty, washed, altered, or worn, and that all price tags and labels must be intact.
Please note that, in accordance with Danish law on online purchase withdrawals, you are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functionality.
Return Process
If you have exercised your right of withdrawal, you must return the goods to Baum und Pferdgarten no later than thirty (30) days from the date you informed us of your decision to withdraw.
Once we have received the returned goods and verified that they comply with the return conditions, we will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (excluding any additional costs incurred if you chose a more expensive shipping option than our standard delivery). The refund will be processed without undue delay and no later than thirty (30) days from the date we were notified of your withdrawal.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or you have provided proof that you have returned them, whichever comes first.
We recommend keeping your postal receipt as proof that you have sent the package back via mail or courier.
The refund will be processed using the same payment method as your original transaction unless you have explicitly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.
Exceptions – No Right of Withdrawal for Customized Goods
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are custom-made or clearly personalized (e.g., engraved items, embroidered products, or similar customizations).

Card Verification Code (CVV)
If you pay by credit card, you will be required to enter the card's security code (CVV). This is a three-digit number found on the back of your credit card, usually on the right side. The security code is required to process your purchase and maintain a high level of security. Other similar security measures may also apply.
Anyday Payment Option
The Anyday payment option is available for purchases of 300 DKK or more.
- The first payment is deducted when your order is shipped.
- Subsequent payments are made monthly on the last business day of each month.
- The number of monthly installments starts from four months and may vary based on your selected payment plan.
- The size of each installment depends on the total order amount, your flexible payment selection, and your specific payment plan.
If all installments are paid on time, no interest or fees will be charged. If you return your purchase, your agreement with Anyday will be automatically canceled.

Payment Procedure
Your payment will be deducted from your selected payment method once your items leave the warehouse for delivery.
Prices & Delivery
All listed prices for products, delivery costs, and other expenses include taxes and duties.
Shipping, freight, or postal costs may vary and are added to each order. See more under "Delivery".
Currency
Prices on the Website are displayed in the currency applicable to your country.
If you wish to change your country, use the "Select Country" option at the top of the Website.
Your delivery address determines the applicable currency.
Changing your country may affect pricing and delivery costs.

We deliver worldwide and strive to ship your order as quickly as possible. However, pre-ordered items or out-of-stock products may have a longer delivery time. During peak seasons, we may also indicate longer expected delivery times for specific items.
Delivery Details
- Shipping Address: Orders will be delivered to the address specified at checkout.
- Delivery Restrictions: We only deliver to residential and business addresses—not P.O. boxes. In some countries, we also offer delivery to parcel lockers.
- Delivery Days: Orders are delivered Monday to Friday.
- Delivery Timeframe: The delivery time depends on the destination country and the shipping provider used.
Signature Requirement
A signature is required upon receiving the package. This does not necessarily have to be your signature—someone at the delivery address (e.g., family members, friends, receptionists, etc.) can sign for it on your behalf.
Risk & Damaged Packages
- The risk for lost or damaged items is transferred to you upon delivery.
- If the package is damaged, you should refuse delivery of the items.
- If you wish to report missing or incorrect items, you must notify us. Read more under "Defective and Incorrect Items."
- We bear the risk of your items until they are delivered.
Separate Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, we reserve the right to ship them separately. This may happen if:
- Some items are delayed
- Some items are out of stock at the time of the order
If your order is shipped in separate deliveries, you will be informed in advance. No additional shipping costs will be applied for separate deliveries.

When returning an item, all parts of the product must be sent back to us.
Return Conditions
- You are responsible for ensuring that the item is properly packed before sending it back.
- You bear the risk for the item until we have physically received it.
- We strongly recommend keeping your shipping receipt as proof that you have returned the item.
- If the value of the item has decreased due to handling beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functionality, we will deduct the reduced value from the refund amount before processing the reimbursement.
Refunds
- To prevent fraud, refunds can only be issued to the credit card used for the original order.
- We are entitled to withhold the refund until we have received the returned item or you provide proof that the item has been returned—whichever comes first.
- Once we receive your returned item, we will process the refund within 10 days.
- You will receive an email notification once the refund has been completed.
If you discover a defect in your item, you must file a complaint with us within a reasonable time after noticing the defect.
- You have a 2-year warranty period under which you can file a complaint about defects.
- As a consumer, you must submit your complaint no later than 2 years after the item has been delivered.
- If the complaint deadline is not met, you lose your right to claim a defect unless we have explicitly guaranteed the item for a longer period.

If your items are defective or if we have delivered incorrect items, please contact our Customer Service within a reasonable time after discovering the issue.
If you notice the defect or incorrect item at the time of delivery, please refuse to accept the package.
When contacting Customer Service, please provide:
- Your order number
- The item number (if applicable)
- A detailed description of the issue
Return and Refund for Defective or Incorrect Items
You are not responsible for return shipping costs when returning a defective or incorrect item.
We will fully refund the purchase price and original shipping costs once we have received the returned item.
Conditions for Warranty Claims
Baum und Pferdgarten reserves the right to reject complaints if the item has not been handled properly or in accordance with the care instructions provided (e.g., washing labels).
Items with attached embellishments (such as sequins, beads, and buttons) and products made of silk or knitwear must be handled with extra care.
Care instructions for these items are clearly stated on hang tags and washing labels.

If you wish to file a complaint about goods purchased from us, please contact our Customer Service via phone, email, or postal mail. Our contact details can be found under "Company Information" above.
If you are not satisfied with how we handle your complaint, you can escalate it to the Center for Complaint Resolution at Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, Denmark. You may also submit a complaint online via kpo.naevneneshus.dk.
For customers residing in another EU country, complaints can be submitted through the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/odr. When filing your complaint, please use our email address: customercare@baumundpferdgarten.com.
If a resolution is not reached through the Arbitration Institute, you may further escalate your case to the Consumer Complaints Board (Forbrugerklagenævnet).
All agreements made under these Terms and Conditions are subject to Danish law. Any disputes, including those concerning the validity of the contract, must be resolved in a Danish court. As a consumer, you may also bring legal action in the courts of your place of residence.
Website Updates
We make every effort to keep our website updated and ensure that prices, offers, descriptions, and other product information are accurate. However, typographical errors and pricing mistakes may occur, and occasionally, we may discover that product prices are incorrect.
Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failure to fulfill our obligations under these Terms and Conditions if such delays or failures result from events beyond our control.
Completion of the Agreement
These Terms and Conditions constitute the full agreement between us.
Validity
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is deemed wholly or partially invalid, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
Assignment of Rights
We reserve the right to transfer our rights and obligations under this agreement to a third party. The standard of service you receive will not be affected by such a transfer, and we will inform you if this occurs. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you also accept any future transfer of rights. Once we notify you of the transfer, your rights can only be enforced against the third party.
