Sale outerwear with a graphic point of view

Baum und Pferdgarten sale outerwear brings together coats and jackets defined by contrast: familiar outerwear codes are recast through pattern, texture and considered proportion. The collection moves between restrained tailoring and more expressive surfaces, making the outer layer an active part of an outfit rather than a finishing thought. Explore the wider world of coats and jackets for more of the house’s distinctive approach to dressing.

Jackets offer a concise, structured way to frame a look, while coats bring a longer line and a stronger sense of coverage. Across both categories, collars, pockets, fastening details and shaped hems introduce function with a graphic clarity. Relaxed, boxy and oversized proportions sit alongside more defined waists, creating different ways to work with volume.

Coats and jackets in considered proportions

The collection draws on established silhouettes without treating them as fixed uniforms. Tailored jackets bring lapels and vents into conversation with casual shapes, while shirt-inspired designs, bomber references and high-neck styles shift the mood towards utility. Longer coats can be layered over streamlined separates; shorter jackets sharpen the outline of skirts, dresses or trousers.

Small construction choices give each outerwear silhouette its character. Dropped shoulders soften a broad shape, gathered or elasticated hems alter the line, and adjustable details allow the outline to feel more deliberate. Button closures, zips, patch pockets and flap pockets punctuate the surface with practical, visible structure. The result is outerwear that reads as composed, even when the proportions are relaxed.

Print, texture and material contrast

Pattern is a defining language within this sale outerwear edit. Checks, stripes, floral motifs and animal-inspired designs create a direct counterpoint to the clarity of a classic jacket or coat. For a more graphic approach, pair patterned outerwear with a single-colour base, or continue the visual rhythm through related prints. Texture adds another dimension. Denim, cotton, corduroy, satin, velvet and tactile mixed surfaces bring distinct character to outerwear, from crisp and workwear-inspired to soft, lustrous or visibly structured. These material shifts make it possible to change the atmosphere of an outfit without changing its overall shape. A textured jacket can lend definition to fluid layers, while a smoother finish creates a cleaner contrast against patterned or tactile separates.

Styling sale outerwear through contrast

Use a tailored jacket to bring precision to relaxed trousers, or place a voluminous coat over a close-fitting dress to play with scale. A cropped or waist-shaped layer can define the middle of an outfit, while a longer silhouette creates an uninterrupted vertical line. For coordinated dressing with a grounded finish, combine a jacket or coat with sale trousers and let proportion lead the look.

Outerwear also offers a useful way to balance occasion dressing with everyday elements. A structured layer can give a dress a sharper edge; a casual jacket can offset a more polished fabric or expressive print. Pairing coats and jackets with sale dresses creates room for that signature Baum und Pferdgarten tension between ease and intention. Whether chosen for tailoring, texture or print, these pieces make the outer layer integral to the composition.
